Corrosion inihibitoren
Application area
Circulating water in closed water-conducting systems, such as cold and hot water circuits, as compared to conventional metallic materials corrosive to varying degrees. If, systemic, an oxygen-free operation can not be maintained, is the oxygen corrosion is one of the most common causes of interference and damage. The enrichment of the circulating water with corrosion products leads to deposits, a strong local, often electrically-induced corrosion and eventually to material breakthroughs. Closed systems thus require water quality, which guarantees optimum protection of all materials contained in the system. The GEWA corrosion inhibitor is specifically designed for such systems and provides reliable protection of all existing materials in the circuit. The product is preferably used in conjunction with demineralized water or water with added low salinity. Are completely unsuitable softened up water with high salinity. In this case, additional treatment measures are needed.
Product description
Corrosion in closed and semi-open system, water-use area: water circulation in closed water-conducting systems, such as cold and hot water circuits, as compared to conventional metallic materials corrosive to varying degrees.
Additional Information:
The GEWA Korrosinsinhibitor includes anodic and cathodic corrosion inhibitors acting on the basis of a special combination of molybdate, phosphate, and a triazole derivatives. A silicate buffer sets the proper pH. The combination of anionic polymers and phosphonates will be provided for a deposit-operation. A special addition prevents the growth of sulfate-reducing bacteria.
Dosage
The dosage should be in proportion to volume using a suitable dosing. The product demonstration is advantageously carried out on the determination of molybdate.
