Maintenance Contracts
GEWA treatment of water takes on periodically inspections in front of, takes water samples and analyses her in the context of a maintenance contract. Due to inspections and analyses the customer receives corresponding recommendations.
GEWA treatment of water leads a regular supervision service at conclusion of a maintenance contract by and ensures the proper operation of the water treatment plant under the prerequisite that this is driven in accordance with the recommendations.
Maintenance work
- Field definition of the relevant parameters of the circulating water: PH, conductivity, alkalinity, product content, complete hardness, chloride.
- For the coordination of the treatment of water on surroundings specific parameters when required further analyses are carried out.
- Colony counting being drawn for laboratory examinations water samples of the addition and circulating water with a graphic evaluation once per year. A sure functioning of the plants is ensured with that also at environmental variables not changed obviously.
- Checking and correcting if necessary set point adjustment of the Absalzsteuergerätes.
- Cleaning and control of the measuring electrodes.
- Checking Magnetabsalzventil or ball cock, cleaning of the internal members and grease with silicone grease.
- Operational check of the metering pumps, control of the capacity.
- Metering pumps with water wash up, cleaning of the foot and induction valves and the pump head.
- Check of the water-meter on function and succession of contacts.
- Exermine time switches and Biocide measuring out time
- Function check of the filling level device, if necessary adjustments.
- Control of the understandable equipments of air washers and cooling circuits on complete condition, corrosion, algae and slime bacterium vegetation.
